Bart J .Mixon was the supervisor of the Fantasy II Film Effects artists on Fright Night Part 2.
Mixon designed the "Super-Regine" face prothetic and the melting Richie puppet. He was also involved with the Regine bat puppet and her burn damaged body.
The mid-tranfomation half-bat Regine appliances were sculpted by Brian Wade, Bill Sturgeon, and Norman Cabrera. Mixon, Aaron Sims, and Jim McLoughlin applied them on set.[1]
